This is a new account so why should I even have to consider getting a new pass word to make the account work?

I tried to log into the ICQ web page and it would not allow me to log in with the new pass word. I tried to log into the ICQ messenger and it would not allow me to log in with the new pass word. I very recently changed the pass word to this account and the ICQ web page told me to use my Email and new pass word to log in.

Since that day I made that account I have not been able to access it nor use the ICQ messenger. I recently made a new ICQ account and in making the new ICQ account I only used a valid working Email to activate the account.
